Seconded, although I have it working 100% in my slightly-customised system, LEDs and all. It actually works really well, but getting it working in the first place is a hassle. I'm tempted to chase up Herc and see what they say about progress towards Linux drivers for it. They did make noise a while ago that they were looking into it.
