[ Thanks Jim for sending along the script files to Grayoga ]

Hi Grayoga,

Always happy to have help with Mk2 stuff. The stuff I sent to Jim earlier
was mostly for scratching, by looking at that and the RMX code and mapping
files (you have to tie the input control to a JS function to XML for it to
fire).

Looping currently lives off of its own branch (it's based on Trunk which
older version then 1.7), control code is likely not backward compatible, so
you might run into trouble there.... It might be painful to hook an Mk2 to
looping until 1.7 gets out the door and SVN trunk can be resync'ed...
though I'm not 100% sure on this.

With respect to joystick support, to be quite honest the joystick on the Mk2
and MP3 is so imprecise that its worthless... I think if you play with it
more on VDJ, you'll agree.... Anyway Herc has actually removed those
controls and replaced them with direction buttons, much better.

You should be able to implement modes for stuff if you like with the
Javascript though (see the scratch mode for one example of how that is done
on the RMX).

Anyway welcome and good hunting. :D
