Hey Ron,
I'm not sure what Transmission's default audio setup is so Gabriel will have
to fill in, but is PulseAudio in use? On Ubuntu, etc. we use pasuspender to
suspend pulseaudio because PortAudio -> ALSA -> PulseAudio -> ALSA adds
terrible latency.
