If the user is building for themselves then this is a good idea and would
probably prevent a ton of pain for when the library is mismatched with the
system version of libmp4v2.
We can't do this for official Mixxx builds because we don't have a license
to the AAC patents and so we can't legally distribute a Mixxx binary with
libfaad/libmp4v2 linked directly. End-users have to find the plugin or
build it themselves.
