i'm super happy with 1.11
a load of stuff has really come together nicely in this release.
well done everybody!
the only thing i'm missing is a really fast and simple waveform that
performs well enough to let me use timecodes on a netbook.
effects is defiantly worth doing right, and taking more time over.
did you guys consider running effects as a separate process? so that badly
written effects don't crash mixxx? i know from experience that effects
plugins can cause stability problems in a DAW like ableton live or ardour.
i've no idea how much complexity and latency this will add, but i seem to
recall the much talked about but so far vaporware Bitwig daw is doing this.
and it seem to be the latest thing in browsers at the moment.
