I have sought a little bit about that feature and the use case that
behind it when discussing advanced AutoDj last year.
The question was "how to add a Cue Out on a playing deck?"
I have not tested Virtual DJ, but maybe we can implement it in Mixxx
Using the preview deck, or free Deck in a four deck skin.
A combination of

* Start track in Deck A
* Instant Double to a free "preview deck"
* Map Controller to Preview deck
* Add Marks cues Loops etc.
* Copy Marks back to Deck A
If the exact position id not that important, a Cue editor on the Track
over view will also helpful, but it might requires Mouse usage.
