Speaking of which:
In the MJPEG HOWTO, in chapter 8 (Optimizing the stream) there's this
paragraph:

What does it mean? Is there a maximal bitrate, apart from the total
maximum of 10.08Mbit/s?

True, the bonus material is usually at a lower quality (probably a lower
bitrate).
