If you're woundering, the upgrade is an AMD64 on an ASUS KV8 board. If I can get it to work on that, that would really save me $. ;)
Which version of the kernel do you use and which zoran driver did you use ?
Actually, I was testing the Buz under Windows. Unfortunatly, in my excitement, I neglected to notice that the breakout box was not connected to the card.... :P OOOPS!
We don't have yet any reports of of any mjpeg card working (or not) on a
64 Bit AMD or Intel machine. If you want to give the Buz a 2nd try,
please send us the output from the kernel messages when you load the
zoran driver.
If you don't use the latest zoran driver from the mjpeg tools CVS please check out the current CVS with that command: cvs -z3 -d:pserver:[EMAIL PROTECTED]:/cvsroot/mjpeg co -r ZORAN_VIDEODEV_2 driver-zoran/
Would love to get it running under Linux, (It is now running perfectly.... for it... Under Windows)
I've just upgraded my Linux to Fedora C1. Will try the Zoran drivers if I can get them installed... :)
Will let you know how it went.
