dont slouch on this one, i didnt know about it when i did it and it was a 
PAIN, the motor shifts forward when you remove the first bolt and makes it 
very hard to take out the second one, i didnt realize what happened until i 
put the new one on and started putting it back together, it was quite a pain, 
i lowered the motor onto a pile of thick boards to support it from the oil 
pan, its a pretty straightforward process with the motor supported, also you 
need a good set of allen head ratchets, the bolts have recessed allen heads 
in them, also take off the negative battery post because the connection to 
the solenoid is live all the time
