Funny that - I don't have a Radio in the 16V 'coz some W@nker <mailto:W@nker> stole it. I don't have a radio in the Rallye as there's enough to do and I like to hear the WwwooooOOO noises.... If the studs snapped at the surface of manafold, you will have to drill out those studs. If there are still something left from them you can try to loosen them with very strong grips, but I doubt. Kinda not easy. Dont hammer them, 16V manafold costs a fortune, even used.
