The Toyo Proxes T1-S are at least as sticky as SP-8000's, and come in
225/40-ZR16. ND can get decent (more $$ than SP-8k's, though) deals on
them. I used to get to drive their Turbo Cab when it was still around, and
it had the 225/40-ZR-16 Proxes T1's (replaced by the T1-S) on it. They were
extremely sticky. I don't know about the T1-S, but the T1 was sized a
little wider than the 225/40-ZR16 SP-8k's, so if you have rubbing problems
with the Dunlop's, that will be exacerbated if you go to the Toyo's.

(two brand new 225/40-ZR16 SP-8k's in the garage:-))
