I visited the VW dealer here in Greensburg (PA) on Saturday to pick up some parts for the 2L swap I'm doing, and they had 3 4Motion Passats ready to go out the door. Did you check out the underside? Looks like a nightmare to work on if anything would go wrong. Now I'm just waiting for one of them to show up in my local junkyard so I can pull the 4Motion system and make my GTI a monster. I didn't however see any of the 1.8t series cars, not even the NB.

I got to test drive the golf cause it was the only one ready for test drive. They had already sold a passat 4 motion on tuesday. The golf 1.8t is fast even stock. I still don't like the suspension but I was pushing it hard. 3 wheeling for sure. The engine doesn't need to be reved to get power. Very nice. My friend is in the market for a new car, I think he is gonna buy one in the next couple of weeks.
