Hold the bar on your car as best as you can, and use a center punch to
mark the holes for ONE SIDE of the car.  Drill those holes, and bolt the
bar on.  THEN do the other side.  It's a lot easier this way. :)  If
you're gonna use bolts, I would recommend putting the bolts up from the
bottom and putting the nuts on the top.

The arguement hinges around the fact that with the wheels on the ground,
the chassis is already preloaded a little bit.  With the wheels off the
ground, it's completely relaxed.  I don't think it's really better one way
or the other, but I did mine with the car on the ground.  You might not
have a choice, as it's probably going to be very tough to get to the bolt
or nut from the bottom with the car down.
