Car:1988 Jetta GLI 16V w/AC I need to fix the after run fan system on my car and ordered the Relay (PN 191.955.532.A) and the switch (PN 191.919.521.D). I was looking over the Bentley and my car yesterday and was a bit confused. The Bentley claims this switch is between cylinders 2 and 3 (I think thats right, I don't have my Bentley in front of me) on the back of the cylinder head....well I couldn't find it. Is it one of the ones on the SIDE of the head? Also, is the relay on my fuse box or is the relay attached to the fan shroud. If its in my fuse box then which relay is it. Now before everyone flames me by saying read the Bentley I did and none of the relay/fuse diagrams match mine! There are two for Jettas and neither of them look like mine, and for that matter none of the Golf ones did either. Am I missing something here?!? TIA,
