There should be one on the back of the head...but it's really more behind
cylinder 4.

The relays on the fan shroud are only for the AC... compressor, 2-stage
fan, etc.  It is most definitely in the fuse box.

Try to find one that's the closest.  The relay you bought for the fan
switch also probably has a big number on top of it... just match that
number with the one in your fuse box.
