Your best bet would be to use some spacers in the rear for clearance. However it should not be rubbing... something is probably not aligned correctly back there. I would make sure that the brake lines and e-brake cables are routed correctly. I have run the following tire sizes on my GTI without any rubbing problems (at least on the brakes) 185/60-14 195/55-14 195/60-14 205/45-16 What do the shocks/springs look like? Eibach springs are either a dull red (sportline) or black (pro kit). H&R's are usually red. I'm not sure about neuspeed.
