a t25 off a stock 2nd-gen DSM (eclipse/talon/laser) will flow enough to make
250hp and i honestly think you wouldn't want anything bigger on a 1.5-liter
motor.

a side bonus is you can pick them up cheap off dsm owners that are
upgrading; check http://www.dsmtrader.org/; there's a listing for one for
$400 there right now... a manifold from ATP will cost you more than that ;)
