I've seen a similar kit sold by another company, but I'm not sure the
rod-end setup will solve the inherent problems with the linkage on the
a2's. There are two places where almost all of the problems exist- the
main shaft bushing, and the "golf ball" part of the linkage. To a lesser
degree, the bushings on the "golf ball" shaft can cause problems too. If
you could find a way to eliminiate that piece I think you would get rid of
a lot of the problems. I'm sure the spherical bearings will give you a
bit more of a solid feel to the shifting without all those plastic bits,
but without fixing the other areas I'm not sure how much it would help.

How much are you going to be selling the kits for? I forget who the other
company was, but the kits were around $400!!!!
