Hi everyone, In preperation for the 7+hr drive to waterfest, I decided to install my new stereo system that I have been putting off for months now. The acktiv system that our car comes equiped with is a piece of shit.
I am trying to figure out how I should mount a 5.25 into my doors. I already removed the amp and speaker from the map tray. I am thinking about building a plywood adapter plate to mount to the map pocket, then mount the speaker to that. Is this what others have done?
