You should be able to mount the speakers to the back of the stock grilles.
If your car came with the aktiv speakers in the doors, you probably have
grilles with no pins sticking out of them.. you should be able to just
plunk the speakers on and use some screws in the holes that will line up
with the mounting tabs on the speakers.  If you buy grilles from the
dealer, they will have pins that match up with the mounting tabs on the
speakers.  They are designed to use those metal friction-fit clips that
just slide on.

I actually just hot-glued my speakers on, being careful not to let any
glue get on the surround of the speaker.  The good part about doing it
this way is that you'll get a good seal around the speaker itself.
