I'm using the A1 cooler, flange and hoses on my 9A. Everything fits perfectly; even the cooler looks totally OEM near the radiator with rubber mounts and all. The only thing I did was remove the thermostat thing inside the flange since it opens up the cooler at 100C, which is too high for me. Now I run 93C on a 35C day as opposed to 98C before oil cooler.
