2.0's came with hydraulic mounts, which do a better job than the
barrel-type mount of keeping the engine from moving... so no hop kit.  The
barrel-type mount is stiffer if you fill the open spaces with something
that won't flex, but stock the rear hydro mount is stiffer.

Keep degreasing.  The only part of the intake manifold that is painted is
the letters.  A couple cans of brake cleaner should get it looking nice.
