I am pretty sure your problem is a transfer pump going bad. Are the problems
related to the fuel level or outside temperature?

So if I totally disconnect the DRP, the car runs fine w/o bucking. If the
DPR is bad, why did it run OK after they had it at the dealership? What
exactly does the DPR do, and why does it run fine without it hooked up?
