I don't know how a faulty DPR can make your car stop running. Check the temp sensor and all the wiring all the way to the ECU. Check the ECU for corroded connectors.

The problem seems to be unrelated to temperature and fuel level. When I
picked up the car at the dealership and it was running well, there was 1/4
tank. I filled it up, and it still ran well. It's at about 1/2 tank now,
and running badly again.
Temperature was pretty constant in the 80's yesterday. If it were the
transfer pump, I'd expect more problems when the DPR wanted to richen the
mixture...ie, early in the day when it's hotter. The problem happened at
night.
The only thing related to the running problem is whether or not the DPR
is
plugged in. Without the DPR connector plugged in, I get decent power. The
car pulls hard to redline. Throttle response is a bit sluggish, but the
car runs OK. No stalling or bucking. With it plugged in, the car will
take full throttle at under 2000 rpm, but at 2000 rpm, the car bucks
violently. It bucks violently regardless of how far open the throttle is.
