I believe the person in question has a 1.8l CIS-E - He will probably not
receive the benefits of Motronic injection.  If he had Motronic, he would
already have the 2.0l motor in his car.  I should be more clear.  He should
try and find a CIS-E 2.0l car or two to test out.

- Clay, this is not true.  I know we've talked about this before.  Your car
has some issues, most other CIS-E 2.0L owners are happy with how their
motors
rev.  PLUS, that's CIS-E!
You CANNOT argue in any way that a Motronic injected 2.0L doesn't rev as
well
as a 1.8.  I've owned every configuration of VW 16Vs, and the Motronic 2.0L
definitively has the broadest, smoothest powerband of the lot.
Come drive my car and you will see.

- A 2.0 will spank and re-spank a 1.8 or a 1.9L.
