Well - the "only happens when it's warmed up" sounds odd but the rest
sounds like classic master cylinder failure.  I used to get a
sporadic brake pedal in the race car until I realized that the front
hub nuts were coming loose - you may want to resecure your hubs and
all the brake hardware first and see if it's something that was
overlooked before spending the $$ for a new master cyliner.
