Renard,
I rebuilt the M/C on my wife's Integra about a year ago and the symptoms
were exactly as you describe. Of course a leak, of any kind, will let the
pedal go to the floor. You have to rule that out first. I've been through
this on about four cars I've owned and every time replacing the M/C has
been the solution. BTW, my wife's Integra only did this after the brakes
were fully warmed-up. HTH.

Matt,
I just got off the phone w/the guys at AAB. One suggestion they had was
a
possible vacuum leak. What made them think of this was the tendency for it
to only happen at slow speeds, when vacuum pressure is low. As RPMs
increase there is enough pressure to have a good pedal.
Once again, what do people think?

Well - the "only happens when it's warmed up" sounds odd but the rest
sounds like classic master cylinder failure. I used to get a
sporadic brake pedal in the race car until I realized that the front
hub nuts were coming loose - you may want to resecure your hubs and
all the brake hardware first and see if it's something that was
overlooked before spending the $$ for a new master cyliner.
