He has an 8V that has no baffle, but supposedly the 16V come with a small
baffle that clips on the oil pump pick up tube.  That's what he wants to
use.  it's not an after-market baffle.

I don't think the factory baffle is worth bothering
with.

I've never starved my 16v with all my auto-x and track
school driving.  No baffle, no windage tray.  Just
make sure you have the proper amount of oil in the
pan.
