I just wanted to prove that even under ideal
conditions I didn't have room to stop. They are trying
to give me the shaft because they know they can.  I
only have liability on the car (so my insurance isn't
going to go after them) and I wasn't hurts so a lawyer
isn't interested in the case, so they think I am going
to take the the 60% & be happy.  

Btw forgot mention in the earlier post the police
report says I had the right of way and that I had no
improper action....
