I wasn't asking about it, it's just something I kept reading and it bugged me (the false info being given out). But you are right about the Vortex mentality. There's a lot of good stuff on there you just need to wade through all the BS. Thanks to all for the replies though (I did post back to the guy and asked him to please stop perpetuating this myth).
