You may be barking up the wrong tree, focusing on fuel being the
problem.
What are you guys running for spark plugs? I've been running NGK
BCP6ET's (NGK stock #4563, or Beck Arnley 176-5182) triple electrode
plugs, and they seem to really work better than the Beru Silverstones I
used before, which were a slight improvement over the usual Bosch
F6DTC's. My car seems to start a little quicker with the NGK's, as
well as having a slightly smoother idle.
Since your problem seems to be only at cold start, with no other
symptoms at other times, I'd make damn sure that the ignition system is
functioning at optimum levels before I'd tear my hair out chasing
injection gremlins. The NGK's can be hard to find in stock, but most
auto parts stores can order them from their supplier.
