Sounds like it could be a bad fuel transfer pump.

> Hard to start when it's cold. I have to give it gas, and even then it
takes 4-5 seconds. If I try to drive the car without letting it sit for 5-10
seconds, it sputters and tries to die, but never does. Seems to start a
little better if I prime the fuel pump a few times.

> Idle misfire at all engine/ambient temperatures. Feels like it's missing
on 1 cylinder. Turning on the A/C seems to help a little bit, but not much.

> Sputtering/hesitation at warmer engine/ambient temps. This only occurs
after driving at highway speeds(65mph+) for extended periods. It happens
after I've slowed back down to stop-and-go traffic speeds, and only when I
accelerate in first and second gear.

> The DPR is working and set properly, I recently cleaned and added grounds,
and the spark plugs are about a month old. The hard start/misfire was
something I just dealt with, but the hesitation and sputtering(which just
started happening) pushed me to the point where I need to do something.
Thoughts/experiences appreciated.
