Josh, about your Wilwoods:

I have some old ones I wanted to put on the front of my 16v (which has
11" VW single piston calipers)... I forget the exact model of Wilwood
but they're 'less deluxe' 4-piston models.

So here's my question for you: I pulled out the pistons, honed the
cylinders, and put in new seals. But I thought the pistons fit in way
too tight. Do you know how to tell if the rebuild job was good or not?
I'm not sure I want to road test them yet ;-)

How do they work for you? What size rotors are you using? What
Wilwood pads are you using?

Thanks,

Mark
