I like having a compressor but you're right, I don't use it that often, mostly 
b/c it's such a PITA to charge the tank.  Since I have a compressor and air 
tools, I haven't ventured into electric impacts although I've used some and do 
like their portability.  Given the prices, I may have to buy one as my 
Christmas gift to myself.
