No but there is something wrong if it only works using 0x4b. I tried it
out in Mapsource 6.13.x; 6.15.x Basecamp, etrex, mobile XT, nuvi 255 and
edge 705. All have no flooding. And this does not matter whether 0x4b is
not defined in typfile, or neither defined nor present in the maps.
