Someone else I might point out, just in case you like artist who are traditional and such, is Cervelet, also on deviantart. He is an act comic artist of the web comic Addictive Science, which basically is a story about a mad scientist who does whatever she wants and gets a kick out of transforming people left and right into things, then changing them back later.

His art style is a little cute, but he does a wonderful job with his pictures. Can spit out a page a day if needed, and is cheap, if you tell him Dimensional sent you. :P

I'd like to nominate Roz Gibson.  I think her style would fit in the setting
rather well, and her prices for commissioned work are affordable and reasonable.
