I've absolutely got to have a character now who comes to the valley, stays
for 13 days and then leaves for half an hour thinking that'll "Reset the
clock."  Oh God it would be fun to do a comedy story about something like
that, or someone trying to use science to approach a curse that runs on
Plot.
