Follow-up Comment #13, bug #12910 (project mldonkey):
mlnet cannot write a [CJK] string if your locale is ISO-8859-15 (considered
as western european by mlnet).
so each character contained in the string, that are not compatible with your
locale, will be replaced by '_'.
I did it like this for a safe implementation and make sure we can commit all
the files.
I'm opened to any suggestion that could improve/enhance the way we commit the
file with its name.
