Actually I didn't change the LC_CTYPE only.
I changed the LC_ALL, so, if you type "locale", you can also check the
LC_CTYPE is changed as such.
So, in my case, although they are set to ko_KR.UTF-8, the mlnet still thinks
it is US-ASCII
