I set the LANG environment variable again.

LANG="ko_KR.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="en_US.UTF-8"

LC_MESSAGES="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_TIME="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_ALL="en_US.UTF-8"
JongAm-Parks-Computer:/etc jongampark$ export LANGUAGE=ko_KR.UTF-8
JongAm-Parks-Computer:/etc jongampark$ locale
LANG="ko_KR.UTF-8"
LC_COLLATE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_CTYPE="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MESSAGES="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_MONETARY="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_NUMERIC="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_TIME="en_US.UTF-8"
LC_ALL="en_US.UTF-8"
JongAm-Parks-Computer:/etc jongampark$ cd /Applications/Network/Mldk2.5.30/

Current locale of the target machine is US-ASCII
Current language of the target machine is EN
However it still treat the locale as US-ASCII.
Can someone advise me how to set the locale properly?
