Yes. Recently I tried changing some of the letters to Maltese and they 
worked, so I've been correcting the text gradually, whenever I find the 
time. Note that if you have the Maltese keyboard in Linux (or presumably 
in Windows too), you can just type in Maltese and it will be interpreted 
correctly - the letters are converted to HTML numeric entities, so they 
should work with all browsers.
