Hi Anton, Tnx for the quick reply. Actually when I had just sent the msg I realised how stupid my help plea could., and actualy refreshed the list, and presto it came up. The version that was downloaded was the 0.86, which really is an old one as the equalizer is the fixed one. A later version the 0.96 has a fully fledged one, and has more visualizations. But anyway it least I am now very satified with the result. Incidently before this distro I tried Ubuntoo, but man, that is not for me. I couldn't get screen resolution higher than something like 640 x 3...@50. I was actually using a newer machine with an integrated vga using an NForce6 hardware. I'm now running dreamlinux on a amd 2800XP, 768Mb Ram, on an old. 20Gb hdd, 1024 x 7...@70res. The GUI imitates the latest mac os with that floating launchpad. Well anyway which distro are you using?
