Last I heard, Videotron (just like Bell) still refuses, as a matter of
policy, to provide support for GNU/Linux systems (even if the hotmail
guy/gal happens to know about it because (s)he uses it at home).
So I would recommend to stay away from them, simply because you
shouldn't want to give money to people who actively disrespect GNU/Linux
users (e.g. you).
