That's normal. MS tech support wouldn't want to take a guess if the problem
comes from WINE or not, so as a baseline, everything unusual is not supported.
It is similar to corporate support. All users have an identical system.
Customizing your system is frowned upon.
If some joker calls and says I deactivated some MS services and now and get get
a network connection... I thought it would speed up my system.
Sorry buddy, but your system is no longer standard + you caused the problem.
