Yup, tried all that as well, lights are all green, it gets a different IP if I 
change the range, no firewall. And no web interface, I get no video output from 
it since it mightbe a box with no OS. Oh well, guess I'm returning it for 
another unit. Thanks all.

I'm guessing no, but just to make sure, it's not hiding behind an icmp-dropping 
firewall, etc?  Does it have a web interface that you can access?  If you see 
it get a dhcp addy, then can you adjust your dhcp server to give it a different 
ip?  Try tcping?  Green lights on both sides of the cat5 connection light up?

That's about all I can think of...
