This is a network problem that I would like to repair. With help from mlugger Daniel T, we installed CENTOS and therein DOCMGR. DOCMGR was working fine until some CENTOS updates were installed, and now I have this problem.
Locally (from local CENTOS logon, using localhost or 192.168.1.104 I can access DOCMGR >From a PC on the net, using firefox, and the above address, I am unable to >access DOCMGR. With Putty, and from another system using this address, I can log into the system. (ping works just fine from any PC to CENTOS system) ps -ef | grep apache shows the appropriate number of tasks waiting. postgres sql is fine.
