I do not know that package, but most network programs have an option in the conf file for what address to listen on. You say a "PC on the net" - is this the intranet or the internet? Obviously you need to change firewall rules if the former. What ports should be open for Apache. If I have to look in Docmgr, what do I look for as a port. It uses standard html access.
