Some of my coworkers have such an antenna. They use it with their HDTV. From the top of my head, Radio-Canada and Radio-Quebec broadcast HD signals. Which is full 1080p.
That's better than what I get from Videotron, which is 720p upscaled to 1080i. But with such a provider, you get a lot more channels. My favorites are National Geography and DiscoveryHD.
