One of the articles has a link to the tech specs: http://www.koboereader.com/tech-specs.html Sync via Bluetooth on your phone, standard USB interface.. someone actually sat down and thought about being compatible/using existing devices !? Wow. And from the FAQ #8: http://www.koboereader.com/faq.html "You can add your own PDF documents to your Kobo eReader by connecting your eReader to your PC or laptop using the supplied USB cable. The eReader will become available as a removable storage device. Drag-and-drop your PDF files onto the eReader. If you have an external SD card (up to 4 GB), you can load PDFs on that, insert it into your eReader and your eReader will automatically detect new content." So it should not have any issues with LInux, as it would be recognized as a storage device. Super- WOW! And the size seems right to me too: http://blog.kobobooks.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/04/JasonJordan.jpg Cheers, F. _______________________________________________ mlug mailing list [email protected] https://listes.koumbit.net/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/mlug-listserv.mlug.ca
