I have been using openfire for several years now, with win2k3 authentication. It works very nicely and we originally started with their client spark which has an excellent image capture feature. I am becoming a little uncertain right now as the last update was May 2009 so I'm looking @ jabber http://www.igniterealtime.org/index.jsp
